Ich bin ein Berliner（我是一个柏林人）是1963年6月26日美国总统约翰·肯尼迪在西德西柏林舍恩贝格区政府（当时的西柏林市政府）前（今约翰·肯尼迪广场）演讲的其中一句说话。当时正值冷战，柏林围墙已开始建造，西柏林成为被东德包围的西德飞地。

根据都市传说，“Ich bin ein Berliner”犯了语法错误。Berliner是一种馒头大小的甜品，Ich bin Berliner 和 Ich bin ein Berliner其实有本质的区别，德语的籍贯是不加冠词的，所以他的意思就是，我是一个甜面包[1]。
